Our Team
Leigh Grannan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has dedicated her career to working with individuals with disabilities. Her journey began while pursuing her Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee Martin, where she worked in a clinic with children with disabilities and provided support for adults with disabilities in a group home setting.
After graduating with her Master's degree from Southern Illinois University, Leigh stayed as a Clinical Instructor at the SIU Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders. Leigh moved to central Illinois to further her career and started a family.
When not working, she enjoys making memories with her children, going for walks, and gardening.
Falyn Fiorito is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has dedicated her career to working with children with disabilities. Her interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield. To fulfill an internship requirement, she worked in a local clinic with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) providing ABA therapy. Within days, Falyn knew working with children with special needs was her calling.
She then furthered her education and pursued her Master’s degree from Southern Illinois University. In addition to her graduate studies, she worked at local preschools and headstart programs, taught undergraduate ABA students at the University, and provided caregiver training to caregivers involved with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). After graduating, Falyn moved home to central Illinois and began her career.
Falyn is dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential, supporting their families, and making a difference in her home community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, taking on too many Do-It-Yourself projects, and spending time outdoors.
